Today marks the final day of National Principals Month, and we couldn’t let it end without celebrating and thanking the four outstanding campus leaders who make Overton ISD a place where students and staff can thrive.
Mrs. Nikki Fenter – Elementary Principal
Mrs. Fenter leads with heart and a deep commitment to our youngest learners. She has built a positive, joyful culture on campus where students feel safe, valued, and encouraged to dream big. Her energy, her love for kids, and her steady leadership are felt in every hallway.
Mr. Jeff Hogg – Secondary Principal
Whether he’s encouraging students, supporting teachers, or managing a thousand moving parts behind the scenes, Mr. Hogg leads with integrity, calm, and purpose. His focus on relationships and accountability sets the tone for student success across both middle school and high school.
Mrs. Courtney Mosley – Elementary Assistant Principal
Mrs. Mosley brings a level of support and care that keeps the elementary campus running smoothly. From problem-solving to celebrating student wins, she is always right where she is needed. Her presence brings confidence to staff and comfort to students.
Mr. Mark Dahlgren – Secondary Assistant Principal
Mr. Dahlgren is the steady hand and quiet strength behind the scenes at the secondary level. He shows up every day ready to help — whether it’s solving challenges, supporting teachers, building student relationships, or ensuring the campus is safe and focused on learning.
To ALL of our principals: Thank you.
Thank you for the long hours, the tough decisions, the celebrations, the conversations, and the countless things you do that nobody ever sees. Our students succeed because of your leadership. Our teachers grow because of your support. Our district is stronger because of your service. You model what leadership looks like — not by titles, but by heart.
💚 Happy Principal Month to the very best.
